Our Commitment
PropTech Guardian uses advanced AI to detect property faults. While our system is highly accurate, it is a tool to assist—not a replacement for a manual RICS survey. Our goal is to give you a reliable preliminary assessment so you can make informed decisions about your property purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
The following scenarios qualify for a credit replacement or refund.
Technical Failure
If you pay for an inspection and a technical error prevents the report from generating or the video from being analysed, a credit replacement will be issued. This includes server errors, processing failures, or any system malfunction on our end.
Duplicate Charges
Any accidental double-payments will be refunded immediately. If you notice a duplicate charge on your account, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios do not qualify for a refund.
Disagreement with AI Findings
AI analysis is subjective based on visual data. We do not offer refunds if the AI does not find a specific fault you were expecting, provided the system functioned correctly. Our AI analyses what is visually present in the images or video you provide—results may vary based on image quality, lighting, and angle.
